An underwater treasure chest that opened to reveal a laser was impossible to photograph. A photo of the treasure chest was made in our studio, then a blue-to-black background airbrushed in. On top we reproduced the spiral laser image (by photographing it off a wall) then airbrushed the "beams" in to give the final dynamic effect of the laser. This image was then used on packaging, advertising and the customer's website.
